Playgroup Staff

Lesa Adair,  Playgroup Supervisor

Lesa has 3 children and became a permanent member of staff in 2012, having worked in a temporary capacity for a number of years. She has a HND in Health and Social Care and in 2018 received a Cache Level 5 Diploma for Children's Care, Learning & Development (Leadership and Management), (Wales and Northern Ireland).

Joanne Doudican, Deputy Supervisor

Joanne is a mother of 2 and has a Cache Level 3 Diploma in Children's Care, Learning & Development and in 2020 received a Cache Level 5 Diploma for Children's Care, Learning & Development (Leadership & Management), (Wales and Northern Ireland).

Sharon Brennan, Casual Playgroup Assistant

Sharon has been with Bo-Peep for over 25 years and has two grown up children of her own. Though now retired Sharon still covers staff sicknesses, training or days off. She holds an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care & Education.

Elaine McCabe, Playgroup Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator

Elaine is a mother of 3 and has been with Bo-Peep for over 12 years. She holds an NVQ Level 3 In Early Years Care & Education and is also the centre's Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator.

All the staff are called "Aunties" by the children.
