Each child will be allocated a member of staff as their key worker, who is responsible for keeping parents advised of their child's progress and development.

Contact with key workers is encouraged at least once a term, particularly for those parents who do not have daily interaction with the playgroup due to work commitments etc. We also have an 'Open Door' policy & parents are welcome to make an appointment with their child's key worker for a mutually convenient time, if there is anything they would like to discuss.
